ComeBy

Terms of Service

Effective November 8, 2026

These terms govern use of ComeBy, a booking, payments and messaging service operated by Paramount IT Solutions ("Paramount", "we", "us"). There are two kinds of users:

By using ComeBy you agree to these terms. A business may also have a separate written agreement with us; where it conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins.

1. For customers

When you book through a business's ComeBy page, your booking, payment and any cancellation or no-show fees are between you and that business. The business sets its services, prices, deposits and policies, and is responsible for the service it provides. We provide the software that makes the booking work.

Questions about an appointment, a refund or a policy should go to the business first. You can reach us at support@theparamountsolutions.com if something on the platform isn't working.

2. For businesses

Your account

You are responsible for your account, for the people you invite as staff, and for the roles you give them. Keep sign-in details private and tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.

Your customers and your data

You own your business data and your customers' data. You decide what to collect and why, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and to contact your customers. We process that data on your behalf to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Text messages

You may only send text messages through ComeBy to customers who have agreed to receive them, and only messages of the kind they agreed to. ComeBy records opt-ins, honors STOP and HELP replies automatically, and may block messages that would break carrier rules or the law. You are responsible for the content of messages you write.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment partner. You will agree to the partner's terms when you connect your payout account. Fees, payout timing and dispute handling are set out in your plan and the partner's terms.

Fees

Subscription and usage fees are shown in your plan. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use ComeBy to break the law, send spam or messages people did not agree to, collect data you are not entitled to, try to access another business's data, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer it.

4. Availability and changes

We work to keep ComeBy available and secure, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; we will give notice before removing something a business relies on.

5. Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and will tell the business why unless the law or safety prevents it. A business can close its account at any time and export its data before closing.

6. Disclaimers and liability

ComeBy is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Paramount is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to a business for any claim is limited to the fees that business paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell businesses at least 30 days before it takes effect. The effective date at the top shows the current version.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which Paramount IT Solutions has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
